This hotel offers exclusive amenities that fulfilled my luxurious needs. the Spa & wellness centre was a standout experience, with experienced masseurs and a variety of treatments to choose from. the indoor swimming pool and sauna were also impressive and relaxing.
The restaurant could use some improvement. Although the breakfast was decent, the lunch and dinner menus lacked quality and flavor.

The hotel had a stunning location next to a river and nearby a beautiful mountain range. We were delighted with the festive Christmas decorations throughout the hotel. The complimentary bottled water was appreciated.
The staff didn't seem as helpful or friendly during the busy holiday season. The selection of food options was limited and there didn't seem to be enough staff to accommodate all the guests during meal times.

Huge rooms with comfortable beds. Restaurant's view is amazing with an excellent collection of dishes. the hotel had a nice location - just a short drive to the city center.
The checking in process was slow and confusing and it was not clear where to go next. the service could have been much better.
